How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, just find what you are looking for and click on the "Add To Cart" button. Once added you can then change the quantity to how many of the item you wish to purchase.
How much is postage and packing?

I have finished selecting what to buy. What next?
When you have finished, click on the "Your Cart" button at the top of any page. Once you are happy with your item selection then click on "Checkout". This will then take you through to Shopify Payment Page that allows you to Sign into with an existing Account, Set up a New Account, or Checkout as a Guest. We also offer the ability to use your Paypal Account to Pacy
I am not based in the UK. Can I still order from your site?
Not at the Moment, However we are looking into being able to ship through Europe. Please Check Back for Progress.
How do I claim my Discount / Promotional code?
Every Now and Then, we offer discount/promotional codes either via promotions on the packing slip you receive with your item; Via Facebook or Twitter; or by running offer on the website. To use the code, enter them during the checkout process in the 'Promotion Codes' box that is located on the the 'Payment Method' Page.
How many times can I use the Discount / Promotional code?
Each Discount / Promotional Code has a life span, some are single use, some can be used as many times a you like up to a specific date, or some can have a limit. Each code will come with the details of how many times, and cut off dates for when it can be used / used by
Postage and Delivery
Will you send my items by 1st or 2nd class post?
This will depend on which shipping method selected. For Standard Shipping, this will be dispatched on a Royal Mail 2nd Class Service, which will be delivered in 3-5 days; If you choose Expedited Shipping, this will be posted on a Royal Mail 1st Class Service, with Tracking Number, which will be delivered in 1-2 day.
When will my Order be posted?
If you order before 1pm Monday to Friday, we will strive to have your order posted on the same day. If the order is done after 1pm or at weekends then it will be sent on the next available working day.
How long will my Order take to arrive?
Most of our Orders are posted on our Standard Service will arrive within a 3 to 5 day period. Please be aware that once posted, your item is controlled by Royal Mail. It has been known for some items to take a week to 10 days to arrive which is beyond our control.
If you choose the Expedited Shipping Service your Order will take 1-2 days. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can check its progress each step of its journey to you!
Can I have my items shipped by Recorded Postage?
Yes. This will be covered by the Expedited Shipping Service, it offers a Tracking Number so you can check its progress each step of its journey.
It has been 7 days and my item has still not turned up. What can I do?
Do not panic. All our orders are shipped by Royal Mail and sometimes can take upto 10 days to be delivered, especially during at peak times. If you have not received your item, please contact us via the Contact Page We will then look into the case for you. Before contacting us please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if the parcel has been kept there for some reason and please ask your neighbors to see if they have taken the parcel in for you.
The item I bought is faulty. Can I have a refund?
Please use the Contact Page to tell us what is wrong and we will try to sort the situation with a replacement item or a refund.
I bought the wrong item or no longer want the item. Can I have a refund?
You can Return any item purchased from us for a refund within 7 working days of receiving the item. Before doing so please contact us by using the Contact Page
Any items returned must come with a letter explaining the reason for return, your Order ID Number and contact details. Any returned items must be in original condition and are returned at the buyers expense. Once we have received the goods back, a refund will be given for the original selling price of the Items Ordered. Please note that the Postage Charge will not be refunded.
